Data quality and data migrations WTP
Intended result: targeted improvement of data quality for inward migration on the one hand and to support the migration of pension funds to new administration systems on the other.
Our Approach
- We assess data quality, identify and analyse underlying problems. For inward migration, we use the Pension Federation’s six-step plan. For system migrations, we use the Data Quality Life Cycle model (see figure).
- We set up improvement actions and test them for effectiveness – for both the short term (focus on migration) and the long term (focus on efficiency of new administration).
- We implement the improvement activities together with your employees.
- We ensure this approach, thereby achieving continuous improvement of data quality even after the WTP transitions have been realised.
Part of our approach includes setting up a control model within your IT landscape, allowing you to monitor the progress of improvements.
